Santa Lucia's founder, Achilles Simeonidis, established his first location in Manitoba, Canada in 1971 alongside his brothers. His motto gave him the inspiration to turn his little restaurant into the best authentic Greek and Italian cuisine in North America. Achilles' vision does not stop with him. His children have been taught the rich recipes of the Mediterranean throughout many years of practice and dedication—often working well into the night to absorb the best of Santa Lucia quality. In 1991, the first Santa Lucia in the United States opened in Fargo, North Dakota. Santa Lucia also caters to hundreds of major events nationwide. A family-owned business, Achilles' lineage continues to further his legacy, providing genuine Italian cuisine for generations to come.

Our pizza has been a consistent award winner in the Manitoba province and recently has been nominated as Best Pizza of Fargo ND. Currently our targeted franchise store locations are in ND, SD and MN. We want to grow using our existing customer base and name recognition.
